Can I Order by phone?

For security reasons, we only accept orders placed online.

Can I modify an order?

Sure you can. But you’ll need to be quick because our turnaround time to ship an order is pretty quick. We allow all customers to modify, or cancel an order, provided the order has not gone through our shipping process.

How do I place an order?

Since this is an online site, all orders are processed online only. Simply select the items you want in the appropriate size, and add them to your cart. Once you have everything you need, proceed to checkout. On checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your credit card information, as well as the billing and shipping address. But don’t worry, our site is secure so your information is safe with us.

What currency do you charge in?

If you live in Canada and your billing address is in Canada, you’ll be charged in Canadian dollars, plus all appropriate taxes. However, if you live anywhere else, you will be charged in US funds.

Do I have to pay Taxes?

Uhhhhh. We all hate taxes, but if you live in Canada, then yes, you have to pay taxes. Any person living in Canada will be charged GST. However, if you live in Quebec, you’ll have the pleasure of paying both GST and QST.

Anyone living anywhere but Canada is off the hook! Yay!

How Do I Use My Account Credits?

Any available credits on your Tempt account will automatically apply to your purchase and be deducted from the total amount owing at checkout. If the total cost of your purchase exceeds the amount of credit on your account, you will be required to pay the balance with a valid credit card. If your purchase costs less than the amount of credits on your account, any unspent credits will remain there.

Please note that a credit card must be supplied per transaction. Nothing will be charged to this credit card unless the cost of the order exceeds the available credits.
