We at Tempt Brands, understand that sometimes you need to return items. We return stuff too! We also know how annoying it is to have a lousy return policy. This is why we have tried to make it as simple as possible for you.
All apparel and accessories. You can even return sale items! How cool is that?
All lingerie items are non-returnable for hygienic reasons as well as any beauty items. Pretty easy huh?
All returnable items are eligible for a refund because we know how annoying store credit can be.
However, there is a slight catch! In order to qualify for a refund you need to meet 2 simple rules:
Make sure the item falls in the category of allowable returns as stated above
Make sure all tags are still attached to the item.
If either 1 or 2 are not met, then you will not qualify for a return or refund.
Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the item shipped date or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and still have the tags attached. Any cut tags will not be accepted! So please try on your items with the tags still in place! Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, etc..
We are happy to accept returns for any eligible items (that is unworn and still fitted with the tags). Please mail the item(s) back to us at your own expense. Please follow the return instructions enclosed with your order and mail it back within 30 days of your order ship date. If you have misplaced the packing slip, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a copy via email. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages shipped back to us at your expense. Once the item(s) has been received, it will quickly be inspected and processed for a refund back to the original method of payment.
If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, the refund will transfer over to your new card if it is with the same bank. If this is not possible, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card or provide you with a store credit. If any promotional discount was applied to the total at the time of purchase, you will be refunded the actual amount paid at the time of purchase for that item. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact Customer Support and you will receive your refund in credit only. If the gift giver prefers a refund, this of course is possible.
Our quality control team inspects every item once we buy these and once we ship them. But if somehow a damaged item has slipped through the cracks, then please contact us asap. We will do our best to locate a replacement asap for you and send that out at our expense asap. If a replacement is not available, we will offer you a complete refund once we get the damaged item back.
Love your purchase but need it in a different size? We're happy to exchange it if we still have the item in stock. To start an exchange, contact us at email@example.com. Please provide us with the order number, as well as the item you are looking to exchange and the size required. We will respond back by email whether an exchange is possible or not and how to proceed.
We'll ship you your new item right away–but we'll have to charge you for the purchase (we'll waive the shipping of the new item). Upon receipt of the original item we'll also refund you for the cost of that item (less the original shipping charge since we didn’t charge you the second time around for shipping). This is the most efficient way to ensure that you get your new item–and that you receive it as quickly as possible and we don’t sell it off to anyone else of course.
